Our nation is in a state of CHAOS because we’ve ignored our Constitution. Similarly, a restoration of this film required/requires a miracle in itself as the master negatives had been lost. Only two worn theatrical 35mm prints were available — from which to bring this film back to life.
The work copy was digitized and that is a story in itself. The digitization was sent to MediaPreserve.com where the re-synchronization of audio, dust and scratch removal, de-grain process, color correction, editing and mastering took place.
Though the film is an amazing preservation, some artifacts may still remain. The experience of watching this film is one that can change the hearts of children and other family members as well as the greater community to a deeper understanding and appreciation of what we have today.
